When you use DREVOZ, we collect: contact information (name, phone, email), vehicle preferences (brand, type, budget, timeline, deal type), financial indicators (credit score range), and technical data (IP address, device type, browser, referral source) to match you with qualified automotive specialists and improve our platform.
We share your information only with DREVOZ-verified automotive specialists and participating licensed dealers and lenders to fulfill your vehicle request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. Limited data is shared with service providers strictly to operate the platform:
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DREVOZ, its users, or the public.
This platform uses EmailJS to transmit inquiry data. By submitting, you acknowledge that your data passes through EmailJS servers. We use Google Fonts for typography, which may log your IP. No advertising trackers are used.
Your data is retained for up to 24 months from submission. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@drevoz.com. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure email transmission. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We make best efforts to source competitive options based on the preferences you provide, but all results depend on third-party dealer and lender participation, market conditions, and individual credit qualification. Any pricing, payment estimates, or program information communicated by DREVOZ — verbally, in writing, or displayed digitally — is informational only and does not constitute a quote, offer, or commitment.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIG APPLE AUTO LEASING D/B/A DREVOZ, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND DATA PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES — ARISING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PLATFORM; (B) ANY VEHICLE TRANSACTION FACILITATED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM; (C) ANY RELIANCE ON INCENTIVE, PRICING, OR PROGRAM DATA DISPLAYED ON THIS PLATFORM; (D) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR SUBMISSIONS; OR (E) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Apple Auto Leasing d/b/a DREVOZ and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
You represent that all information you provide to DREVOZ — including your name, contact details, financial preferences, and vehicle requirements — is truthful, accurate, and current. DREVOZ reserves the right to refuse service to any person who provides false or misleading information.
DREVOZ is not an emergency service. Do not use this platform to report emergencies.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of DREVOZ after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
